Shared Governance Decision Making at Huntley Hospital
At Huntley Hospital, Shared Governance serves as the structural support and implementation of the 华体会 Interprofessional Relationship-Based Care Practice Model. Through integration of the interprofessional practice model based on relationship-based care, the goals of 华体会 and the goals of the nursing strategic roadmap, this shared leadership governance model serves to advance the implementation and evaluation of the Nursing Strategic Roadmap.
The vision of the Huntley Hospital Shared Governance structure is to empower members of the interprofessional care team to directly impact the organization through constantly improving the practice environment, impacting the three relationships of the Interprofessional Relationship-Based Care Practice Model: self, colleagues, and patients, families, and the community.
