Message from the Huntley Hospital CNE
A Message from the Huntley Hospital Chief Nursing Executive
华体会 recognizes that nurses are instrumental in the delivery of exceptional care and patient experience. Our nurses are members of an exemplary interprofessional team that strives for high quality care directly impacting our local community. NM鈥檚 Interprofessional Relationship-Based Care Practice model provides a framework that drives the relationships we have with ourselves, our colleagues, and our patients, their loved ones, and the community. Our core NM values of Patients First, Excellence, Integrity and Teamwork drive the work that we do every day.
Our practice environment encourages diversity in thought, practice, and culture. 华体会 nurses are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, collaborative, and patient advocates. We believe every nurse is a leader, impacting the lives of others.
Our nurses are driven to not only provide exceptional care to our patients but also drive their own continuing education and professional development. This is encouraged through pursuing advanced educational degrees, achieving national specialty board certification, and participating in programs like Lead, Excel and Develop (LEAD) where nurses lead projects to positively impact outcomes for patients and staff. Nurses at Huntley Hospital are also encouraged to help elevate the profession of nursing through organizational Shared Governance activities as well as advocacy in policy affecting the profession at local, state, and national levels.
Our dedicated nursing teams, in collaboration with the entire interprofessional team, has helped 华体会 Huntley Hospital achieve Magnet recognition for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This accreditation identifies Huntley Hospital as a destination for nurses and exceptional patient care.
If you are seeking an organization where you can make a difference in the lives of others, please reach out to us about becoming a 华体会 nurse. We invite you to learn about the nursing opportunities that exist at Huntley Hospital and throughout our organization.
Sincerely,
Hillary Crumlett, DNP, RN, NEA-BC
