Day Rehabilitation

Day rehabilitation therapy offers two or more outpatient therapy services (physical, occupational or speech) with care coordination from a case manager, social worker or nurse. Admission to the program may require a medical record review.

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy is for patients who require physical, occupational and/or speech therapy under orders from their physician.

We offer therapy for adults with the following conditions:

• Brain cancer and tumors

• Difficulty walking
• Guillain-Barre syndrome

• Parkinson's disease LSVT LOUD therapy
• Rehabilitation for long-term COVID-19 effects
• Spinal cord injury
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Vestibular conditions
